I have built a framework to help leaders understand where they are today.

I also use it to design their program around where they want to go.

It has 7 Levels:

L1: Occasional User You use AI a few times a week or less, mostly to look things up or try things out. It's a smarter search engine to you, not a work tool.

L2: Daily User AI is part of your daily routine for drafting, brainstorming, and research. You get useful text back and take it to wherever you need it. But you work in default mode: no custom setup, no projects, no connectors, no file creation. You type, get an answer, and move on.

L3: Capable User You use AI to produce actual files and deliverables, not just chat. You've used features like deep research, voice mode, and file creation to produce presentations, reports, documents, maybe even a basic app, and you get good enough results. But your setup is still mostly default (no custom instructions, no deliberate project configuration), and when something doesn't work, you're not sure why.

L4: Unlocked User You've deliberately personalized your AI setup and configured the powerful features most people never discover. Custom instructions, projects with reference files, connectors to your tools, deliberate model selection, advanced prompting techniques, speech-to-text. You have an advanced AI environment that is set up to work the way you work.

L5: Full-Stack Creator You never start creation from scratch. Reusable prompts, skills, and project configurations give you consistent, polished results for anything you need to produce. You also build things you used to need someone else for: a polished board deck, a detailed data analysis, a custom internal tool. Whatever your work demands, you can now create it.

L6: System Builder Recurring work that used to eat hours of your week now happens automatically through the automations you've built. Scheduled tasks that run your repeating workflows, self-updating dashboards connected to your live data, briefings that scan your inboxes and deliver summaries. Once built, they monitor, act, and deliver on their own.

L7: WaveCaptain AI is woven into how you work and lead. Your systems save you real time every week and let you do things you couldn't do before. Where do you start? Where do you go?

Most leaders start somewhere between Levels 1 to 3. At the start of the program, I assess exactly where you are, understand where you want to go, and design your 8 sessions to get you there.

Most clients reach Level 5 or 6 by the end of the program. Some do a second round of 8 sessions to go deeper and hit L7. Others finish one program and have everything they need to keep surfing the AI wave on their own.

Your progress depends on your starting point, your goals, and how much you put in between sessions. My job is to figure out the right path for you and make sure you get there.

How it works

• Discovery Call (30 min) We discuss your work, your goals, and your biggest bottlenecks. We figure out exactly what systems you need to build and determine if this collaborative, 1:1 format is the right one for you.
• 8 Weekly 1:1 Sessions (60–90 min each) Each week, we work on one tool or workflow that is directly relevant to your work. We set it up together live. You leave every call with a working system.
• Session Notes and Reference Guide Every session includes a detailed, step-by-step reference for everything we built together. This is your permanent guide to revisit and refine anytime.
• Async Support I am available on WhatsApp/Email for questions as you implement between calls. If you hit an urgent roadblock, we jump on a quick call.
