- Accelerated Knowledge Work: Slash the time spent on tedious deep-work tasks like researching topics, generating decks, drafting documents, and creating media.
- Coding for Non-Coders: Build custom software, web apps, and internal company tools using AI, even if you have never written a line of code.
How it works
- Discovery Call (30 min): We discuss your work, your goals, and your biggest bottlenecks. We figure out exactly what systems you need to build and determine if this collaborative, 1:1 format is the right one for you.
- 8 Weekly 1:1 Sessions (60–90 min each): Each week, we work on one tool or workflow that is directly relevant to your work. We set it up together live. You leave every call with a working system.
- Written Recap After Every Session: After each session, I send a step-by-step summary of what we built to serve as your permanent reference guide.
- Async Support: I am available on WhatsApp for questions as you implement between calls. For urgent roadblocks, we jump on a quick call.
Why me
I am Gaurav Singh, a programmer-turned-educator. I founded 321 Education, leading a ~100-person team that impacted 300,000 students over a decade. Since 2021, I've consulted 1,000+ founders and CXOs from 200+ companies across 10+ countries through my leadership and strategy work.
In 2025, I completed the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School and pivoted entirely into AI. I launched WaveCaptain to help leaders like you do what I have been obsessing over: figure out which tools actually work and build workflows that stick.
